The Unicore Products were exhibited at the XPONENTIAL 2023 event

At XPONENTIAL 2023, Unicore is showcasing its full range of GNSS products, which are categorised into two series, standard accuracy and high accuracy, designed to provide precise position information to support a variety of unmanned systems.

The standard accuracy products include the UC6226 multi-system GNSS navigation and positioning chip and the UC6580 dual-frequency multi-system GNSS positioning chip. Designed for applications that require basic positioning services, such as consumer-grade UAVs and some smart devices, these chips provide sufficient accuracy and reliability while maintaining low cost and power consumption.

The high-precision products cover the UM982 full-system multi-frequency high-precision dual-antenna positioning and heading module, the UM960 full-system multi-frequency high-precision RTK positioning module, the UM681 multi-frequency dual-frequency RTK/INS integrated positioning module, and the UM680A automotive-grade multi-frequency dual-frequency RTK positioning module. These modules are designed for applications that require higher positioning accuracy and stability, such as industrial drones, precision agriculture, intelligent driving and robotic lawnmowers. They are capable of providing centimetre-level positioning accuracy and maintaining accurate positioning even in complex electromagnetic environments.

Unicore's product designs take into account the differences in demand for GNSS products in different application areas to meet the needs of different market segments. For example, in the industrial UAV field, UAVs are often flown in urban canyons, under bridges over water, or in the shade of trees, environments that require high stability in RTK positioning.Unicore's UM960 and UM982 modules are popular because of their small size and low power consumption. In agricultural UAV applications, the UM982 module is capable of receiving more frequencies and has a more powerful built-in chip for more complex application scenarios.

In the consumer UAV market, Unicore's UC6226 and UC6580 chips are widely used for their stability in flight control systems and remote controls. UAV light shows, on the other hand, have high requirements for the module's GNSS RTK reliability and anti-jamming performance, in which the UM960 module excels.

For robotic lawn mowers, UM960 has become the first choice of many manufacturers due to its high cost performance. And in the field of intelligent driving, UM680A and UM681A modules can provide high-precision position, speed and attitude information to ensure the reliability and safety of intelligent driving.
